I have around ten years of experience in design and modeling of electrical drives including power electronic converters. My current research studies the effect of DC power quality on the losses of the water electrolyzers. The goal is to improve the energy efficiency of water electrolyzers, operating under variable load conditions defined by renewable energy sources, by applying modern power electronic converters.
In Soletair project, I work mainly with the PEM water electrolyzer. Further, the control and system automation of the whole Soletair plant belong to my field of expertise.
