Francisco Vidal Vázquez (M. Sc.) is a Research Scientist at VTT, born and raised in Valencia (Spain) where he graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València. Currently, he is also part-time PhD student for Aalto University (Helsinki, Finland). At VTT, he worked in lab-scale and bench-scale facilities on research and development of new chemical processes. His expertise is C1 chemistry and CO2 utilization in topics such as methanol steam reforming, methanation, methanol synthesis, and reverse Water-Gas Shift for Fischer-Tropsch applications. He has been involved in several European and Tekes funded projects.
